Submerged Ruins in Baba is You

Flag is defeat, but you can move it to the right to make it win. When you do, crab becomes defeat, and they prevent you from reaching the flag.

How to win the level

This one is a bit more tricky. Bring the words located bottom right to the you so that you can control both Baba and the rock at the same time.

Now, bring Baba to the flag room by controlling them both. Once he is there, move the rock back to the top (Baba will move against the wall), and move both the crab and flag words to the right. Baba can now capture the flag and win !
